Joan purchased this lovely embroidered top at an auction. The workmanship was superb!
There were some ancient stains, but they faded when I spritzed my marks - so I'm hopeful that they all washed out.
The faded blue dots indicated that the entire thing should be cross hatched - but Joan wanted some feathers, too.
Joan pieced this star made from 30's fabrics. It is quilted with a Baptist Fan pattern.
Beautiful quilting. I love that border. Lots of work around the applique - looks great! I'm sure customer loved it!
