Lori's Dear Jane

Lori chose to use Asian fabrics to make her Dear Jane.
She stitched together several panels to create a beautiful backing.

It is quilted in a non-traditional way to match the non-traditional fabrics.

Lori's piecing is exemplary!
This is the center of the quilt. She created a secondary pattern with her color choices. Green in the center, a diamond of gold, a larger diamond of red and so on out to the edge of the quilt. I never saw a repeat of the dark fabrics!

There are a lot of "odd ball" blocks in this quilt, and somehow they make more sense in Asian fabrics.

OK - I'll be quiet and let you look.

Karen's Flowered Frames

This pattern was published by "Blue Underground".
It is quilted with "Square Spriral" in variegated thread.

Sandy's Fire Escape

Isn't this a fun yet simple pattern? And Sandy chose great batik fabrics (that didn't photograph very well).
It is quilted with "Blowing in the Wind".

Sharon's Cascade

Sharon used fabric manufactured by Blank containing these gradations.
It is quilted with "Square Spirals".

Cindy's Christmas Throws

Cindy used a bunch of small Christmas fabric samples to make these "His and Hers" sofa throws.
"Hers" is quilted with "Blowing in the Wind" and "His" is quilted with "Holly Leaves".

Lyn's Bright Stars

It was a bee challenge to use the multi-colored fabric that appears in each star.
Lyn did a great job piecing this tricky pattern. It is custom quilted.

Lori's Bear Squares

Lori made this sweet quilt quite a while ago.
It is quilted with Jodi Beamish's "Daisy Swirl" pantograph.

Elaine's Faces Quilt

You've got to smile when you look at this quilt and see the 280 faces looking back at you!

Robyn's Quilt

Robyn got to show off her batik collection with this quilt. Her brother will be the lucky recipient.
It is quilted with the "Featheration" pantograph and variegated thread.

JoAnn's Asian Wall Quilt

JoAnn made this beautiful quilt as a gift for a friend. Lucky friend!

Suzanne's Log Cabin

Suzanne made this quilt to celebrate her nephew's wedding.
She wanted me to emphasize the "logs" and the off-white area.

Jill's Quilts

This was a bee pass around challenge. Jill provided the fabric and the bee members created the blocks then Jill assembled the quilt. It is quilted with "Bubbles".

Don't you love the way this Broken Dishes quilt vibrates?

It is quilted with the "Blowing in the Wind" pantograph.

Isn't this an interesting New York Beauty quilt? Jill's use of color with the black and white is very striking.
Obviously, Jill likes to paper piece!

Lavonne's Cute Cats

Lavonne couldn't resist this cute Loralie fabric - and I don't blame her!
Here's a close-up. It is quilted with the Bubbles Pantograph with pink variagated thread.
