Lory made this for a friend who requested a "calm quilt in neutrals". Hhmmm. The photo doesn't do its bright cheeriness justice! 
Lory is a very precise piecer and this was a very fun quilt to work on! Continuous curves enhance the diamonds. Butterflies flutter around the center star. 
The pink stripe is heavily quilted and feels like corrugation when you run your fingers over it. Lady bugs in the orange border. Raindrops in the outer border.
