Connie's Hunter's Star Quilt

Connie will be teaching a class using new techniques to create this old favorite at Pieceful Hearts in Lisle.

You couldn't get intersections any more perfect than these!

Beth's Roman Stripes

The rich brown in this quilt really compliments the other colors - especially the turquoise!

Fun dimensional flanges and prairie points are incorporated through out.

Bonnie's Seasonal Quilts

I took this photo side by side so you could see how Bonnie used color to depict 2 different seasons - autumn and winter.

The photos don't show how BEAUTIFUL her hand done button-hole stitch is (around every leaf).

Jeanne's Memory Quilt

Jeanne didn't want a traditional t-shirt quilt. She wanted her husband's shirts to be made into blocks. It was a very interesting challenge to incorporate the various shapes, colors, and themes into a cohesive quilt. I love the result!

My Piggie Pass Around

This is "unique" isn't it? It is the result of a bee pass around project. I made the blue center block and provided the fabrics. My bee members created the borders following various "rules" every month. It is going to a "city" baby.

My Shattered Star

This is a baby quilt I made a long time ago - just got it quilted and bound because the owner has been born!

Abby's Heart Quilt

I feel like this quilt is one of my grandchildren. My daughter saw it in a magazine
and figured out how to make the 2 sizes of hearts all by herself! It is a baby shower gift. We used Minkee on the back and it is quilted with the pantograph "Fandango".

Susan's Valentines Quilt

It was fun to liven the plain white squares with red thread!

The pieced hearts are so sweet! Susan incorporated LOTS of different red fabrics.

Amanda's T-shirt Quilt

This quilt is mostly made of t-shirts. But the lavender block in the upper left corner contain's Amanda's graduation gown and stole. I prewashed them to make sure they were durable enough.
