Judy got this top, partly constructed, at a garage sale! Didn't it turn out nice?

This quilt is made of tranquil neutral tones.

It is quilted with "Fern Meander".

Lori's quilts

This pattern is called "Blue Moon Kentucky". Those little squares are 1" and this large quilt weighed a ton from all the seam allowances!

Lori did a great job constructing this quilt. Often with so much set on point, there are stretching problems. But this one was great! It is quilted with Abundant Feathers by Three Sisters.

Lori calls this one "Ladies of Moda". Don't you love the "Loralie" fabric? She learned the "Sew Simple Pineapple" technique.

Lorraine's Double Wedding Ring

This wedding ring is made with the applique technique. It is enormous. Lorraine is a patient person!

It is quilted with the Featheration pantograph.

Marcia's Mariner's Compass

Marcia had lots of ideas of how to quilt this! Her accurate piecing made it easy to execute the echoing and radiating lines.

Liz's Quilt of Valor

Liz will donate this quilt to wounded veterans. It is quilted with a baptist fan variation.

Cindy and Alice's McKenna Ryan Quilts

Alice and Cindy plotted to drive me crazy. They brought their completed tops to me within a few days of eachother after racing to see who would get done first. I was afraid that I wouldn't have the patience to quilt #2 so I decided to do them simultaneously.

They are both adorable. They are pretty similar with a few individual touches.

If you have ever paid attention to the original "Winter Friends" you might agree that Cindy and Alice chose much prettier, happier background fabric.

This quilt is custom quilted to emphasize the kaliedscope effect.

Tricia's Other Stack and Whacks

Tricia loves this border fabric and she loves making Stack and Whack. It is fun to study how the background affects the block. Also, she came up with a fun and different way to set this one.

This is quilted with Ginkgo Leaves.

In this quilt, Tricia made some traditional pinwheels, some octagons and some hexagons. Another nice way to set the blocks.

Jann's Picnic Basket Quilt

Jann made this sample for Judy's Quilt and Sew in Hampshire. They sell fabric kits for it.

She has a great sense of humor and let me quilt ants all over the quilt! I think it is the most densly quilt I've ever done!

Marion made these for her sister and niece who live in Arizona. So she chose a very light weight batting.

Joyce's Sampler

Joyce made these blocks many moons ago in a class. It was supposed to be a quilt-as-you-go - but she got stalled after the quilting step.

So she joined them with lattice, provided a "regular" backing, and I requilted them.

It worked pretty well and her daughter is getting a beautiful quilt.

Candy's Baby Quilts

This quilt uses the "Jungle Leaves" pantograph.

Candy has needed LOTS of baby quilts lately. Here's another cutie.
